Welcome to Tortazo, a new fast casual Mexican concept from celebrated chef, Rick Bayless.

Inspired by the vibrant food, colors, and culture of Mexico, Tortazo is a place of discovery – of bold flavors and new culinary experiences – but also a place where you will be embraced by the genuine warmth of Mexican hospitality.

Our first location opened in early 2020 at Catalog in Chicago’s iconic Willis Tower. In 2021, we expanded to the East Coast, opening our second location in New York City’s NoMad neighborhood. This fall we'll have a new home for the Tortazo family in New York's Times Square. We look forward to seeing you soon.
