From griddle-crisped tortas, comforting chilaquiles, hearty handcrafted bowls, seasonal salads and, yes, golden-crispy churros, all served from our open kitchen, the Tortazo menu is a freshly made-to-order, modern, chef driven expression of the bold flavors, ingredients, and techniques of Mexico.
Tortazo is all about offering soul-satisfying food and drinks, and serving them with the generous-spirited hospitality our guests have come to expect.
Tortazo will temporarily be operating as Tortas Frontera, the O’Hare airport cult favorite from chef Rick Bayless.
Our hours of operation currently are Monday – Friday from 11am until 3pm.
